1) Create a new document having width 600px and height 340px.
2) Create an Adjustment layer and choose Gradient. Then make the following changes and create your background in the way shown:

3) Open a suitable texture image you would like to work on in Photoshop. Click and drag this texture image onto your document. The image below is the texture we will be using for this tutorial. You can download this texture from here.

4) Change the Blend Mode of this texture layer from Normal to Soft light and then change its Opacity to 70%.

5) On your keyboard, press (ALT + CTRL + SHIFT + E) so that a new layer will be created with all of these effects. You need to carry out this step in order to be able to apply Lens Correction in the next step.
6) Go to: Filter > Lens Correction
7) Now make the following changes:

8 ) Now using Photoshop’s Text Tool, create your text with the color #9ecafe. Here is a link to the font that I have used for the word ‘OLD‘.
9) Double click the text layer to open Layer Style and then make the following changes:




10 ) Press CTRL and click the text layer’s thumbnail in the Layers Panel; a selection will appear around the text.

11) Next, create a new layer and Fill (SHIFT+F5) it with the color #89befb.

12) Go to: Filter > Sketch Halftone Pattern and then make the following changes:

13) Go to: Filter > Sketch Chrome and then make the following changes:

14) Change the Blend Mode from Normal to Soft light.

That’s it, babe.
Final Result:
Voila.
